| Z32 is only heavier due to the chassis stiffening to make it work with t-tops. Yes, a "slicktop" Z32 is 32XXlbs. Xenon lights that are stock (1999 j-spec) and availible from nissan and is simply changing your headlights this hardly be called a "mod". (When you buy new halogen head lamps for your beater car at walmart mart do you consider it a mod? Same goes for windshield wipers). Big brake kit is a mod, but can be added buy someone with no expirence (just don't put your rotors on backwards), and hardly bumps the car into the classification of project car (as it can be easly installed in an hour). Neither of the above will void your warentee either. Which brings us to the only areguement you can make for the Z33 - warentee coverage. And I'll agree that the Z33 blue is extremely nice, but the 500 some Z32's out there the color blue that is on carlcuro and Greg(dallas) should be seen (use search) before making final jusdgement.
